The Senior Finance Manager will oversee all finance operations across Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman, ensuring full compliance with IFRS, Group policies, and local regulatory requirements. This role requires a highly strategic finance professional who can drive financial planning, support commercial decision-making, and provide insights that contribute to business growth across multiple jurisdictions with varying regulatory environments. The position combines financial control, reporting, and strong business partnering capabilities in a complex regional setting.Financial / Operational OversightEnsure AR and AP processes adhere to company policies and controlsMaintain accurate customer reconciliations and revenue recognitionManage regional expenditures and monthly recharges to GroupConduct regular intercompany reconciliationsManage payroll, commissions, and employee provisions with HRLead credit control and ensure timely collectionsMaintain balance sheet reconciliationsOversee billing, invoicing, credit notes and aged receivablesAlign provisions with Group ECL policy and communicate updates to the Director of FinanceFinancial Reporting & ComplianceLead the monthly closing process in line with IFRS and Group standardsSubmit accurate and timely reports to Group FinanceEnsure accurate accounting treatment and posting of all transactionsAnalyse P&L variances and provide actionable insightsEnsure compliance with local regulatory requirements across all jurisdictionsOversee Corporate Tax, VAT and applicable withholding tax complianceBudgeting & ForecastingDrive the annual budgeting process and rolling forecastsMaintain scenario planning models and support business decisionsTreasury & Cash ManagementOversee cash management, bank reconciliations, and liquidity planningManage banking relationships across multiple jurisdictionsEnsure strong treasury controls and working capital managementSupport treasury reporting requirements for Group Finance and ensure alignment with global policiesAudit, Controls & Risk ManagementCoordinate with internal and external auditorsStrengthen internal controls and process improvementsSupport enterprise risk management and mitigationBusiness Partnering & Commercial SupportAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and head of departmentsMonitor KPIs and support performance improvementsProvide support on tendering, pricing, and project evaluationsSystems & Continuous ImprovementDrive reporting improvements through automation and dashboardsSupport implementation and enhancement finance systems (e.g. D365, Hyperion)LeadershipLead, mentor and develop the finance teamRequirementsMinimum 7+ years of experience with leadership responsibilitiesProfessional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA)Experience across GCC markets (KSA, Bahrain, Oman preferred)Experience in multi-entity corporates and finance environmentsExperience in multi-national companies is preferredExposure to ERP systems (D365, Hyperion, SUN preferred)Proficiency in managing finance systems and applications.Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation.Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex financial data.Effective leadership and mentoring capabilities.Over 42,000 people work for us in more than 700 offices all over the world.
