Grow with ZeppelinTo strengthen our management team, we are looking for an experienced finance leader to take on the role of Senior Finance Manager. This position is intended for a long‑term assignment in Saudi Arabia (Al Jubail) and offers the opportunity to assume responsibility in an international environment and to actively shape the financial future of Zeppelin Systems Gulf.At the earliest possible date, we are seeking a Senior Finance Manager for our location in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia.Key ResponsibilitiesOverall responsibility for cash management, budgeting, mid‑term planning (MTP) as well as internal and external financial reportingCoordination and preparation of mid‑term planningEnsuring a smooth financial closing process, including reporting via BPC, and preparation of annual statutory financial statementsGroup reporting and coordination of internal and external auditsResponsibility for tax accounting and tax complianceAdvising the Managing Director and the Sales team on tax‑related matters and optimization opportunitiesEnsuring compliance with corporate, tax and labor lawsConducting quarterly risk analyses of assets and liabilitiesSupporting HR functions, in particular payroll, labor law topics and WorkdayActive involvement in general compliance reporting via ZSD system and coordination of external certifications and compliance requirements (e.g. IKTVA, ISO)Requirements And Expected ProfileExtensive professional experience in finance and accounting, ideally in an international industrial or project‑based environmentComprehensive knowledge of financial accounting, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting and mid‑term planning, as well as GCC corporate income taxExperience working with BPC, ITS, ERP and HR systems (Workday is an advantage)Strong analytical skills, a structured approach to work and a high level of personal responsibilityLeadership experience and a passion for developing a small accounting team (2 employees)Very good written and spoken English skills as well as strong intercultural competence, integrity and reliabilityWillingness to commit to a long‑term assignment in Saudi ArabiaWhy This Position Is AttractiveA key leadership role with direct reporting line to the Managing DirectorWork in a highly international environmentAttractive employment conditions and support during relocation and settling‑in in Saudi ArabiaLong‑term career perspective within a financially strong, future‑oriented foundation‑owned companyA corporate culture based on the values of Ferdinand Graf von Zeppelin, with a strong focus on social responsibility and sustainabilityThe opportunity to actively shape the financial and strategic development of Zeppelin Systems GulfInterested?Shape the future of our global business together.
