Senior Accountant — Multi-brand F&b

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant role based in Riyadh, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll own all numbers across the group, fixing current-year accounting gaps, producing reliable monthly P&Ls per brand, and building the financial reporting rhythm the business runs on going forward.Who We're Looking ForSomeone who has grown with a brand.The person we want has been part of a small-to-mid food, café, or lifestyle brand that started with one or two locations and expanded while you were on the team. You watched the business scale. You set up the accounting systems as it grew. You fixed messy books because nobody else was going to. You added new entities, POS integrations, suppliers, and compliance requirements as the company expanded.That experience — building finance while the business builds itself — is what we need. We're looking for someone who was the finance team during a brand's growth phase, not someone who joined a corporate finance department after the systems were already built.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and own monthly P&L per brand, closed within 10 days of month-endDeliver weekly cash position reports to the CEOMaintain per-brand dashboards: revenue, COGS, labor %, food cost %, EBITDAManage accounts receivable aging and payables scheduleBuild and maintain the fixed asset register and depreciation schedulesBook end-of-service provisions and payroll accounting accuratelyReconcile inventory with operations and ensure food-cost disciplineManage supplier balance reconciliation and disputesEnsure full compliance with ZATCA, VAT, GOSI, and Mudad — no missed deadlinesSupervise and develop the general accountantQualificationsAvailable to start within 30 days (candidates already in Saudi  Arabia with a transferable iqama strongly preferred)5+ years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia2–3 years inside a growing F&B, café, or lifestyle brand that expanded from 1–2 locations to 5+ during your tenureHands-on experience preparing monthly P&Ls per entity or per locationStrong working knowledge of ZATCA, VAT, GOSI, MudadPractical experience with at least one accounting system: Qoyod, Zoho Books, Odoo, SAP Business One, or similarFluent in Arabic and EnglishComfort with messy starting conditions, you find errors, you don't need everything pre-organizedBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldPreferredExperience with Foodics or similar F&B POS systemsSOCPA membership; CMA or CPA in progressCompensationSAR 9,000–12,000/month, all-inclusive (covers housing and transportation).
