Head of Arranging / Structuring - Private Credit and Structured Finance (Riyadh)A leading investment manager is seeking an experienced arranging and structuring professional to lead its capital solutions activities in KSA, covering high profile real asset projects.This will suit someone with prior private credit or project & structured finance experience who is familiar with fast paced, entrepreneurial environments. You must be comfortable with ambiguity.Despite the seniority, this is a hands on role and likely not well suited to someone who has only ever worked in large multi-national institutions with significant internal infrastructural to lean upon.Brief role overviewArranging & StructuringLead the origination, structuring and negotiation of complex financing solutions across sovereign, corporate, and infrastructure clients, including debt and hybrid capital instrumentsOriginate and execute arranging mandates end-to-end, coordinating lenders, investors, advisors and legal counselBusiness DevelopmentBuild and maintain senior relationships across sponsors, borrowers, sovereign entities and financial institutionsAdvise clients on financing strategies, capital structures and market conditionsThis will be a CMA-regulated role, so familiarity with the regulatory environment is beneficial.
